Death Rally – This Game Races Into The Lead

Who doesn’t like a fun racing game. Though sometimes you just need an extra dimension to make your experience more enjoyable. Death Rally does just that and more.

For those who don’t know Death Rally is a racing and shooting game. Your main objective is to win the races with speed or by shooting down the other players. You are not the only one who can shoot, in fact everybody can shoot, so keep an eye on your health. If this makes the game hard you are able to disable weapons. You are able to buy new cars as you climb up the leader board. One you climb to the top you will be challenged by the boss, this is the last race you will have if you win.

Game Play

Death Rally has a top-down view of you car, you also have an old-school pixelated effect which adds a nice feel to the game experience. I enjoyed racing is the wide range of race tracks, refreshing the races. Death Rally also offers three different challenge levels: Speed Makes Me Dizzy (easy), Petrol In My Veins (medium), and I Live To Ride (hard).

In between races you are able to repair and upgrade your car or buy a new car all together. Though be careful with how you spend your money or you might not be able to repair yourself in a desperate situation. Before starting a race you get to choose what race level you would like to race in (easy, medium, and hard). The harder races have more laps to complete and a lot more prize money.

Review

I truly loved Death Rally and I got really revved up when I played. I really love the tension this game made me feel. The only thing I didn’t like is this game doesn’t support any form of multiplayer modes, but over all Death Rally is one of my favorite games to play in my spare time. Death Rally really does race into the lead!
